Product Roadmap
| This page documents the product roadmap for Goplan. Basically, what we're working on now, what we'll be working on next, and when you can expect new features and functionality on the application itself. As you're probably aware, we're big fans of being open about our process, so we're allowing everyone access to our plan. Feel free to comment it on our blog, the forums or drop us an email - we're listening, and we definitely want to keep evolving Goplan into a kick-ass product. |
Future feature lists
Main
- Company scope - Allowing users to create company-centric spaces for projects to easily manage employees, groups and projects.
- Time Tracking - Keep a record of the time spent in each project.
- Milestones & GANTT Charts - Set milestones for your project and visualize tasks in a GANTT Chart.
- Knowledge Management - " Scientia potentia est ". Share knowledge with co-workers within Goplan (articles, links, facts, etc) and save time not browsing the web or having to use another application to post it.
- RESTful API - Easily build applications to interact with Goplan or integrate it with your present tools, taking advantage of the simplicity and lightness of REST.
Other
- Enhanced dashboard - A refined dashboard. At this point ours isn't really helpful, particularly if you have several projects running at the same time.
- Better integration with files - Allow users to delete attachments from notes, include images in the note itself, multiple files upload, etc.
- Comment control - Allow users to delete and/or edit comments
- Filter information - Hundreds of tickets, tasks or notes can be hard to manage. Filter them by date, user, category, tags, etc.
